I would suggest going to NPR and downloading the podcasts (ie radio programs) of all things considered here

This may not answer your question if you intend to put the files on an mp3 player or CD or listen to them without an internet connection, but...

If you're planning to sit at your computer and improve your English, a great place to start would simply be youtube.com. Search for someone's vlog and you'll have a good 10 minutes of someone just speaking to the camera.
