Ok, so either you have the direct way (litteral translation):
faisons l'amour ce soir (lets have love tonight)
On fais l'amour ce soir?(shall we make love tonight)
You have the impolite or dirty ways (some women like it?)
Ce soir c'est ton soir (tonight is your night)
Ce soir je te baise (tonight I want to F... you)
You have the all famous from the song...:
Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir, (do you want to sleep with me tonight)
Or you have the promises (better keep up with them)
Je te promets ce soir la nuit de tes reves (tonight i promise you the night of your dreams)
Ce soir nuit blanche (tonight no sleep)
or caveman stlye
Toi, moi, boom boom ce soir (me, you, boom boom tonight, accompany with gestual and prepare for a slap)
Seriously, words do matter, but in French especially people take much attention to the tone you use. Tone in the french language are much more important than in english, and a word can have opposite meaning with a slight change of tone. Just have true honest feelings of love when you say this, if you talk about love but think about sex, you'll be busted. Hope this advice helped
