i have the same question a week ago. im trying to fill in some forms in a pdf. copying and pasting it in Ms Word does not helped it srambled the file. but i discovered third party softwares who can make that happen. they are the pdf editor softwares. if you wanted to do an editing for just one pdf document, then download a trial version- no need to buy one and try it. in a Mac? all you need to do is click a dialogue box after clicking the print menu, and you have the facility to save or to convert the pdf into any Mac applications.

Either grab a copy of Adobe Acrobat (the paid version) or copy everything from the document, paste it into a word document and start editing. The second method can be troublesome.
