Many of the people believe in big bang theory, other than GOD regarding origin of the universe. but according to their belief, if it was this theory that led to the formation of this universe, then why do the planets revolve in a unique way. If the lump would have blasted and separated everything would have gone elsewhere.

Religions also support something similar to the big bang.
For e.g.
Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, then We parted them, and We made every living thing of water? Will they not then believe? (21:30 quran)

Moreover He Comprehended in His design the sky and it had been (as) smoke: He said to it and to the earth: "Come ye together willingly or unwillingly." They said: "We do come (together) in willing obedience."( 41:11 quran)

I think that there is something controlling this universe as it is uniform and has provided life for us in earth

Yes, you are right, of course Allah almighty is the one controlling this universe, As mentioned in Holy Qura'n, the last verse of chapter Ya-seen, "Fa subhanalla zi biyadihi malakutu kulli shae inve wa a'alaehi turja'aoon".
Allah almighty created the whole universe in first six days, it was the act called creation, it was before big bang.
As the creation is an act occurred just when He only said, "Kun" (Be), and It was, (Fa Yakoon). So timeless and process-less act without involvement of any medium or process.
After that, the second type of almighty Allah's way of action got started, the way of His action, of His being Musabbabul Asbaab, full of mediums, dimensions, processes and production of already created identities to get produced through/within each other by evolution and growth. This was the start of time, when almighty He threw the whole set of creation into the ocean of time and all the mediums were came into action and all the processes of growth and evolution were started at once, that is called big bang.

This process of growth and evolution will end on the great Dooms day, by the will of almighty Allah. So the eternal life to start after this worldly test run of the all creatures ends.

If you classify Buddhism as a religion..... yes.

It might not be the big bang theory as per say, but in some scripture, it did mention when the times are right and all the common elements were in place all will come together and a new world (possibility galaxy / planet / solar system, the ancients do not have the exact translation as now) will be formed. All creature sentient or not will start to form slowly and intelligence will grow and soon when all the common elements were in place again, the world will be destroyed. Other worlds will be created, hence there is no permanence in "worlds", noticeably no eternal things.

The big bang theory has nothing to do with any religion; it is simply an explanation of observed data which has led to useful predictions about other possible observations. As for the Qur'an, it has errors, so is not usable as an independent source of data. The existence of god can be neither proven nor disproven; it provably follows that no theory of god can be of any use, so there is no point in believing such.

As a justification is not bad, but could not be great resource for a temporary scientific theory. You may translate Quran in many different faces as sentences are not straight.

I doubt science would ever care to look at theory's from religions, and I think this theory is false. There's already a perfectly good explanation in the bible, but they won't take that. They have as much proof for that as they do their own theory. Both have an equal chance of being possible.

I personally like the Big Band theory, which espouses the belief that Glenn Miller created the universe.

Yes, the Big Bang theory was first described by the Buddha and fits very well with the teachings of the Higher Path.

The Buddha also first described molecules, atoms and sub-atomic particles.
