I am 20 and I have recently noticed that the skin inder my eyes is a different texture to the rest of my face it is dry and scaly looking and there are also fine lines.
What could be causing this? It is making me look old!

the skin under the eyes is lots thinner always be careful putting moisturiser on dont drag it try preperation h for the fine lines

Use Olay daily regenerating serum. This will clear it up and help generate new fresh looking skin. Also good for blackness and bags under the eyes. You only need a small amount, once in the morning and again in the evening. Those lines will soon be gone.

It sounds like a type of excema. You should go to the docs for some cream.
