The famous Riedel Tequila glass... I have not seen many restaurants using this glass but there is on in Guadalajara.

This restaurant likes to serve only the high end tequila in the Riedel, such as Casa Noble or Don Julio (By the way the two tequilas recommended by George Riedel). They set a white cover, the waiter will bring glasses and the bottle to the table on a tray and will lay the glasses and pour about 2oz.

Bottle should already be opened so the server dose not have to juggle at the table, holding should be with label facing customer.

Hope this helps.

Tequila is a spirit. It would not be served at the table by a waiter. Besides, Reidel is a name, not a style of glass...they make dozens of styles of glasses. If top shelf Tequila is served for sipping, the bartender might use a snifter as one would serve Cognac. In mixed drinks, it would be in the appropriate glass for that drink. And of course, shots are self explanatory.
