i need to lose 5 kgs in 10 days ...plz give some tips!

breakfast: 1 peice of fruit.
Lunch: salad. no meat. lite dressings
dinner: half a cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup of peas, 1/2 cup corn. mix it all together & stir through a table spoon of sweet n sour sauce.
go for a 40 min walk after breakfast
do some form of exercise after lunch. not for to long though. i jump on the trampoline for about 15-20 mins.
go for another walk after dinner for about 60 mins.
best not to over do exercise or you'll just end up really sore & tired.
drink plenty of water. a bottle before every meal.
dont eat your meals any quicker than 20 mins.
i thinks thats bout it. good luck chook.
this isnt very healthy at all but your gonna do it anyway ay. just warning you. if you start feeling dizzy definately stop. dont keep this up for any longer than your 10 days.

you dont want to get thin this fast however there is a diet plan that doctors use for heart patients who NEED to LOSE WEIGHT quick its called the mayo clinic diet and it consists of grapefruit so if your not impartial to grapefruit then this is not the diet for you or if you have other medical problems renal(kidney) problems transplant (immunosuppressed) then DONT USE THIS DIET...PLEASE! but if you just need to lose weight and other than being big boned fairly healthy then try it. If not you can try this liquid diet with excersize and protein supp and vitamin along with calcium supp since it is an all liquid diet....pudding, jello, broths, water, sugarfree juice and drinks if an all liquid diet is too much try having a breakfast shake a very light lunch like a shake then a light dinner no fried foods...steamed, baked or broiled, no take out, and watch what time of the day you eat the later it is the less likely your metabolism will not want to work and so the fat you just ate sit in your system.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats.

Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. I'll bet it took more than 10 days to gain the weight, so don't be in a rush to get it off. Eating a healthy diet and exercising 3-5 days per week will take the weight off, and help you KEEP it off. And my experience has been that keeping it off is the best part of getting it off!

Eat only once in a day and that is a mid day meal! drink about 8 litres of water till evening and before going to bed drink lemon juice (2 nos) without mixing any water, sugar or salt. After taking a break for 1/2 hour drink 4 bottles of water without break (within 1/2 hour). U can see the change in 7 days. Try it.

Lose 5 kgs in 10 days??!!! Forget it. It is very unhealthy to be even trying to do that. As a doctor, I should know. If you want to lose wieght in a healthy way, plan on losing a kg a week, not more. The ony way to dump 5 kgs in such a short time is a liposuction!!!

Please be careful with your body. Some of these suggestions sound dangerous to me.
Try looking up 'Fat Burning Foods' by Dr Caroline M Shreeve. She suggests a program of fresh fruits, vegetables and meat over a two-week period, which she says can help to lose weight quite quickly. At least this way you'd be eating a healthy range of foods and not resorting to pills and chemicals.
Your body is precious, a gift, be gentle with it.

Reduce intake and increase output. Simply reduce your calorie intake to a minimum based on your body mass index. Then increase your exercising dramatically. Remember, you want to burn those calories in excess of what you consume and by a whole lot by the time line you've given. Also drink lots of water to help your body process off the the weight.
