I'm not so sure about highlight but i know about foils and they can be quite expensive depending on the length of your hair. A half head of foils with medium hair length costs anywhere from 50 - 70 dollars. Hope this helps.

i live in tassie too, i pay $65 half head of highlights, $99 for full head of highlights. At Rhogue hair in launnie.
