Gotta love some of these answers. The truth is it can be. Though nothing is fool proof and each person is diffrent. One universial thing I have found is that both men and woman will curl thier toes.. this is an involentarty movment of the body when it tenses. following are a few other ways to tell.

A female orgasm can be most easily faked by a good actress. There are a few options: gripping something tightly; moaning loudly; breathing heavily; burying your face (in a pillow, etc); doing kegels; and anything else remotely dramatic or climactic.

During orgasm in both males and females, there is a throbbing action in the genitals that pulses with a period of approximately 0.8 seconds. Although this takes place internally in the female (primarily at the cervix), it is sometimes possible to observe this externally at the fourchette.
Some women exhibit a "sex flush", or a reddening of the skin through vasocongestion, during the later stages of arousal. The absence of "sex flush" could simply mean a woman who never experiences it, or a woman who is faking arousal. However there is no evidence to suggest women who experience "sex flushes" do so with every orgasm so the absence of a "sex flush" in a woman who is known to experience them should not be taken as evidence the woman is faking an orgasm.
Orgasm is almost invariably accompanied by darkening and erection of the nipples in both men and women.
The clitoris generally becomes extremely sensitive and in some cases, may become too sensitive to be touched....

It is almost near to impossiblity that you can know whether a girl is faking orgasm or not. Because women are real-born natural talent actress.

Well, this is an easy one, at least for me. My prior girlfriends all had "tells" when they had an orgasm. One of them was a "squirter," the other had some weird convultions, another one would arch her back, and my favorite (my fiance) has a throbbing in her downtown area that I feel on my member. It feels just like a tight squeeze.

So to answer your question, I don't know when they fake...I haven't had that problem.

Well, you are going to have to see her experience what you KNOW to be a genuine orgasm first, in my opinion. If you have seen your girl have an orgasm on multiple occasions, you can pretty much spot when they aren't being genuine. You are just going to have to pay attention to the little details.

You should probably just find out what turns her on, and then try it out.
If one orgasim feels different in different ways (like you can feel throbbing on one, and on the next she looks like she's having a seizure or something) you can be pretty sure that there's definatly something going on.
Just be up front and ask her if she's faking.
If she is, just work on it. It'll give you and her a better time ;D
