Trust your gut feeling - it's usually right. What is his character like? Is he trustworthy? Does he have self respect? Does he respect you and your feelings? Do you both practice communication openly? These are some basic questions that will either show up as red flags or brilliant fireworks.
Now, if he is cheating on you, end it because it may only happen again and you shouldn't subject yourself to scars and emotional baggage...
Always go to the source, don't fall for what other people might say because maybe it's not true or maybe they don't really know what's going on. In any case, if you have suspicions, deal with them - talk about it.

You should ask him with the friend who told you in the company so that he can straighten the story out. If it is true then you should dump him because he will cheat again. I was faced with a situation like this when I was 16 years old and the other girl wanted to talk to me and I did. I told her that my boyfriend was wrong and that I am not mad at her but I wont fight for a man and she can have him. I left a relationship of over a year because I knew I deserve better, so too should you. You know that you dont need this so dont settle with it.

Do you trust his friends enough to conclude that he really does have another? I'd say prove it to yourself. (I'm not telling you to hire some private eye) You can feel it by the way he treats you. Try asking him questions related to your situation and see how he reacts. Sometimes we have to rely on ourselves and not only on what stories others say to make a good relationship last. But if you happen to prove that their really is a 3rd party, LEAVE HIM. YOU DON'T DESERVE HIM! There's a lot of better and more deserving men out there who would treat a woman with respect and loyalty. Show him that he's made the biggest mistake of his life when he cheated on you. GOOD LUCK!!

Did you have an agreement of mutual exclusivity, or did you just assume that because he was with you, he wouldn't see anyone else? This is the real world, sweetie...you have to confront things head-on and say exactly what it is you want out of a relationship or take what's handed to you and hope for the best. I learned that the hard way...take my advice and save yourself some grief!

Wow that sucks. Who would you believe your bf or his friends? I think its better to find out yourself if does have another girlfriend. I would totally dump him if I knew he was double timing me.

It depends on what you are looking for.
Sometimes we like to envision our significant other with someone else because of insecurities and low self expectations. If you had someone who you knew was faithful only to you, it would probably scare you off or bore you to death.

Find a better guy and start over--not all are two timers that leave you feeling lousy. Do not talk to this boy again. if you do, you won't get rid of him.... get a grip and move on.
