Not really, some shoe users have this problem of sweating. This is not a disease but it tends to create bad smell. You should not worry for this. Take the following advice....
a) wash your feet daily with worm water and dry it before going to bed.
b)) use only cotton socks.
c) Wash your socks daily.
d) Apply a demoisturing cream on your feet at bed time and before putting on the shoes.

No. Not in general, it varies from person to person. Anyhow if in case you have sweaty feet, you could use a Talc/Powder on your feet before wearing your shoes, this will help in absorbing the sweat also prevent odour to an extent.

The foot has many, many sweat glands, so even bare feet will sweat some when it's warm. The main problem of wearing shoes is that the typical 'foot odor' isn't caused by the sweat itself, but is caused by bacteria breaking down the sweat in anaerobe circumstances (with little or no oxygen). When you're barefoot or in flipflops, you may still sweat a little, but the sweat will dry up & gets broken down without causing the odor.
