This guy is unfaithful.
"Booty calls" are fine, I suppose, but I would highly suggest just to get him out of your life.
For some odd reason if you thought this was going to turn into something, I honestly wouldn't trust him.
If this guy is willing to cheat on his "hot, skinny wife", he's even more likely to do it again.

Because he either thinks you'll feel more comfortable knowing he's married and apparently not interested in bagging you, and/or he thinks you might lean towards bi-sexuality, in which case he'll get to watch/join in at a later date.
