You know what? I thnik you are right, my friend. I have been thinking for the past hour, why not have Peter-Klitschko II? The first win was rather ugly and a little controversial. A second fight would shed a little more light on the heavyweight division. Not to mention, it would be a great fight, too. Peter has improved immensely since their first meeting. Peter can box now. Klitschko has been great too, that gives us more reason to watch the rematch.
I think it's Klitschko who does not want to take such a risk. He almost got beaten the first time around and was lucky that he escaped with a decision. We demand to see a rematch!

I think Peter should get in line for another fight, he had a chance against wlad and got spanked. People with small minds and smaller knowledge of boxing cry about wlad holding in the fight, But the same people saying these things were calling Lennox Lewis a Great boxer for doing the same to Tyson. If someone were to have a legitimate point about boxing rules in that fight they would have to mention the repeated illegal blows to the back of the head Peter was throwing all night in the first fight. (at least if they wanted to be taken seriously) Then they could REALLY look at that fight and see how one sided it was, Peter was given credit for 3 knockdowns, 1 was a Knockdown, 2 was a illegal hit to the back of the head, 3 was a push. and in the 11th round, Peter was almost floored by a nasty left hook. All three judges got it right in the first fight. Peter should take a warm up fight and wait for Vitaly to get done with Oleg Maskiev and get his BIG MONEY FIGHT. He will make thousands vs Maskiev, BUT he will make Millions vs Vitaly, Plus he will have a better Chance vs Vitaly, He wont dance or hold, he will simply put a whoppin on Peter like he has never had.

The question that needs to be answered is why? what would Klitschko gain by fighting Peter in a Rematch. Sure it would be a highly hyped, much needed fight, but what the heavy weight division needs is unification matches. it needs to have an undisputed heavyweight champ. Peter lost his first fight fairly, there was no controversy, so a rematch would not benefit either fighter. if peter did win, he would pretty much have to have a third match with klitscko

Wladimir Klitschko will win returned in the rematch. he's the better boxer. Peter is so over rated. he's no longer that great of boxer. Who has he overwhelmed to boot Toney?? become is mandatory for them to combat two times?? i in my opinion think of those rematches have become out of hand in all weight divisions. Boxing is starting to be to be just about paydays it style of feels. the international desires to discover yet another "great wish" to boot Peter.

Peter is a legitimate threat to Wladimir unlike Ray Austin who didn't help the image of boxing at all the other night. Samuel Peter is in shape and if he continues to stay in shape his improved boxing ability will get him a title. Wladimir, if a true champion, would welcome challenges from suitable contenders. It would make too much sense for Sam Peter to fight Wladimir so the fight probably won't happen in this great heavyweight division that we have now.

As close to the edge as Klitschko got, coming off the canvas twice to squeeze out a close descion, his management won't risk the second Peters fight. $$$$ ruined a great rematch, sorry the business of boxing is to make $$$$ not great fights. Bummer it would have been a good one.
