Yes girl....I come from a family that's split by biggg buttt or flat butt! I was on the flat butt side butt have managed to give it a healthy boost!!!

I have the same problem. If you want to build up your butt, the best way to go is lunges and squats!!. They hurt like hell afterwords, but totally worth it in the end. AND the machines at the gym that work your butt are always good. There is one at L.A. Fitness where you use one leg to push back and up while you have your body resting on the rest of the machine. That one is killer because you can ONLY use your thigh and butt muscle to make it work.

actually weight training is what builds muscle... and that's what you're trying to do, build your glueteus maximus muscles. So do things like weighted squats and weighted lunges... doesn't have to be a lot just do them with 5lb dumbells or even just something heavy like a gallon jug of water in each hand. I've also heard that rear entry sexual positions give girls a bigger butt, dunno if that's true or not, but it's certainly worth giving a shot!

You can tone your butt so it looks firmer and more shapley but i am afraid there is probly not much to getting it bigger unless you gain wt.

Without weights won't do squat.
Weight training would tone the glutes giving it a fuller & firmer look.
one exercise
SQUATS ...look it up ...this is your holy grail...
2 : Lunges
3.Deadlifts

lunges and weight training. running also does the trick.or u can eat cornbread and greens.works for me! sex makes ur *** bigger too
