When you discharge a big condenser in a coal rod you get the following nuclear reaction

C + e = B

C is carbon , e the electron from your condenser and B a borum inestable isotope


Borum then in its inestability retransform to carbon

B = C + e

returning that electron but at too more energy in the way of beta radiation, that radiation is able to get in a toroid and then high power and electricity

You have for this method direct electricity from the coal without an intermediate process like water heaters, turbines, etc, is the best method
