We had an event in which we both participated and I didn't have much in particular to write so I delayed. But after like 5 days I felt I should write to show I care so I wrote a bit and asked how work was. She didn't answer my message but now I've got things I want to write, like to see about carpooling to an event on Saturday.
Should I just forget about writing since she didn't answer me? Or should I write again anyway?

Sure you should write again maybe shes been to busy to write back. Try it one more time if she doesnt reply you know to back off.If she does good for you.

You might want to avoid being the creepy e-mail guy. It's pretty well known that office romances are generally a pretty bad idea, but office stalking is definitely a bad idea.
