the title on my ministery licences reads Reverend High Priestess and the founder of a ministery i am also a woman.
minister- i don't minister to people
reverend- I'm not revered
preacher- i don't believe in preaching at or to any one.
teacher- i dont know enough to be a teacher
priest- that is a male title.
pastor- is also a male title.
here are my duties i help rescure animals and care for sick ones.i study with people and do my best to explain what i can with out puting in my own ideals. i listen and try to help people with their problems while keeping what they tell me between us and god. i try and discourage closed mindness.
i dont tell some one that they are wrong for believing the way they do. i encourage them to seek out the truth for them selves.
i try and offer people who do have faith but don't agree with the teachings of other churches a place to express their faith with out fear of judgement. i preform marriages etc.

Wikipedia says: "The Reverend is an honorary prefix to the names of many Christian clergy and ministers. It is correctly called a style rather than a title or term of address. "The Reverend" is sometimes also used by leaders in non-Christian religions such as Buddhism, Judaism, Universal Life Church."
So the reverend works.
Priestess? well, you said it yourself: "priest- that is a male title."
and being as you are the founder of a ministery, I would gather that makes you high.
so you are The Reverend High Priestess _______
it might go better if when making an introduction at speches you have them just introduce you as The Reverened _______

Priestess - is a female title, and non-denominational.
Unlike High Priestess, which indicates that you are part of a hierarchy and is pretty specific to Wicca.
"i help rescure animals and care for sick ones.i study with people and do my best to explain what i can with out puting in my own ideals. i listen and try to help people with their problems"...
From http://www.answers.com/topic/minister --
Min·is·ter
v.intr.
To attend to the wants and needs of others:
To perform the functions of a cleric.
... which sounds pretty much like what you just described. So, the term Minister would arguably apply.
Hope this helps.
EDITED TO ADD: I suppose I should clarify that really, you're free to call yourself anything you choose. Reverend works, and as the founder of a ministry you are arguably "High" if you have other priestesses working under you. If not, then the title "High" strikes me as being meaningless.

High Priestess of faith or priestess of faith that's a hard question to find a answer for but i don't see nothing wrong with the title you have. any way the pagans don't exclusively own the title they also have priests and you don't hear any one putting them down so far you have gotten some truly ignorant answers so far no wonder you don't want to belong to a religion

You do seem to have a ministry...of sorts. You "administer" care to animals as well as "administer" aid to people with problems while also lending your ear to listen. You encourage people to remain open minded and share in studying with them and you perform all the main functions of a spiritual leader (perform marriages, etc). To me you are a minister or administrator...as in you are one who administers various functions. I know people don't always associate the term the same way, though. Another title is Spiritual Counselor that might also fit into what you do. For the most part you seem to be the Minister of Healing in that you help care for animals and people and work towards bring healing....whether it is through bandaging them up and rescuing them or by simply listening to them and giving them encouragement. And while you may not see yourself as revered, there are probably souls that do rever you (consider the animals you rescue and care for....while you may not know it, they may have some reverence for you.....though you obviously humble enough to dismiss it).

I am a women who studies my bible. I believe you need to attend a church so you can deal with your sins that Arise, because we all fall short of the glory of God. I believe we need to judge sin. You put God as a little G. Please do the lost a favor lead them to a male oriented church.

Do you have a degree? I would stay away from High Priestess it sounds wicked. I would go with Pastor. Even though you say it is male, I think that it sounds less male than Revrend.

Sorry but judging by your own description and lack of communication skills, I can't see where you're worthy of any title...We already have enough blind leading the blind....
