I was in love with a guy of my class 2yrs back. But then I broke up because of some misunderstandings. Then I came to hear that he is in love with another girl of my class. I then completely changed my mind. Now after such a long time, he is telling me that he always loved me and no one else. He even cut his palm and wrote my name over that to prove it. He now says that everything was just a misunderstanding and he was never in love with that girl. He says that now he will die without me .
Another problem is that , the girl with whom I had heard he had a relation is my friend. She loves him madly and moreover I don't have very cordial relation with my friend from begginning. But the guy loves me madly.
What should I do now? Please help me out of this problem and tell me what should I do. I am in urgent need of good opinions.

Sounds like he is pretty needy and insecure. I would probably stay away from him or find someone new, because after all even if it was a misunderstanding that ended the relationship earlier, when you get back together you usually find out why it ENDED earlier. It may not be the answer that you wanted to hear, but it's true. People of the same level of maturity end up together, and you seem like an intelligent person, so I would stay away from someone that NEEDS you that badly. Find someone that isn't going to die without you.

I think you should stay away from your friend and this guy. But ask yourself the question, " Do I love this guy?" "Will I be happy with him?" or "Should I move on and find me another guy?" Trust me, ask yourself these questions while still alone and you will find your answer. Make sure also that your decision is one that you will not regret making for the rest of your life. The decision lies at your hands and God's will not in our hands. We simply can only advise you and give you a few suggestions but we can make the decision for you, that is for you to make. If the guy will kill himself just because he said he loves you, he doesn't really love you but he's obsessed with you. If we love somebody, we'll give up everything for the one we love, including setting someone free. He doesn't love you at all because if he do, he should wait for the time that your paths will cross again, and if it won't, he should just thank you that you became a part of his life. You don't have to worry about him, because only he could solve his problem. He must learn acceptance and admit his faults. About your friend, I don't think she's a true friend because if she is, she wouldn't even answered your ex and have a relationship with him..Just go on, be pretty and enjoy your life...

Believe it or not, cutting his palm doesn't prove love, just that he's hysterical or at least immature. Same with the claim that he'll die. If you fall for his theatrics then you'll set yourself up to get hurt by this drama queen. Maybe he will grow up and learn to express love in a meaningful way (and to pursue just one relationship at a time), but I expect he'll manipulate people for a long time to come.

3rd did u really want him back in your life just think today he is saying that he want to come back in your life but what guaranty u have that in future he will not leave you like this in the mid of the way without saying and clearing anything.

in todays world people say "thinking about others is stupidity" but just by doing this favor to the other gal, you can dissaprove this saying and prove that humanity is still loitering in the society. you can xplain to the guy regarding the matter and i hope he wud understand. the other gal, if she really like him, u must sacrifice! as love's 2nd meaning is sacrifice and also u can prove humanity is still alive!

I could give you a complicated answer but I'll spare it cause I can sum this up Easy... BAIL OUT!!!!!! IF he loved you so much he would never of left you. I've seen way to many guys like this.. threstening to kill themselves... hurt themselves. If you were to go back you would in for a world of emotional suffering. Walk away girl.. seriously... walk away.

You should probably stay away from him even though it may be hard. If he says he'll die without you & cuts himself he obviously isn't in the right state of mind, he should probably get some help.

he is lying.he has not got what he expected from the other girl so he has come back.dont get fooled, after some day he may find some good option and is going to move away so dont befriend him this time he will find some way on his own.

if you don't want to pass for a b*tch ( sorry for the word) do nothing and let your ex-bf handle the problem. If he really loves you as he says then he will dump his gf to go back with you.
