Not so much phrases, but:
* adding testimonials from satisfied customers really helps
* adding a guarantee - let people know what guarantees you make for your products or services

I tell my clients to stay away from some of the "selling phrases" because some of them have become so gimmicky.
Such as.. "Quality Used Cars", "Great Customer Service" etc Guaranteed lifetime updates is actually only so-so.
Best word that sells.. FREE. (ex Buy one, get one FREE)
It would help if you gave more info on the product. I'm good at coming up with catchy phrasing when I know the situation.
