look u can only improve ur english by speaking it.
no matter how wrong u speak and dont worry about idiots who make fun of ur english.
more u speak more ur morale will rise
and ur confidence level will increase
dont worry u will start speaking well in english
i was also at the same point where u r right now few months back
but now i can speak well

What you wrote here is nearly grammatically perfect so you clearly have the knowledge that you need. You don't really need more study. Likely all you lack is confidence in your ability. I would recommend that you speak with native English speakers as much as possible. Maybe you can find someone that would like to learn your mother tongue and you can meet each other regularly for conversation, sometimes in English and sometimes in your language. Be encouraged - you're just about there.

You sound great.. Keep practicing the language by watching TV, reading books, conversing with other native speakers (even on the internet). You will be surprised with all the things you learn!

I can speak and write three languages. In my opinion, the easiest way to be fluent in English is to watch English TV shows, read newspapers, articles, etc.
Talk in English, too.
Practice.

Practice, practice, practice. Speak and read only in English. Make a choice to stop speaking your home language. After a time, you will have it down.
