I am trying to get to my rear speakers to replace them. They are scratchy. most likely blown.

The bottom part of the seat is easy; just grip the lower edge on each side, push hard toward the rear of the vehicle then pull up to release it. After it's out, you can remove the two big bolts that hold down the seat belt buckles. The tricky part is that there are two bolts that run from the back of the seat through the metal into your trunk. You have to pop the clips out of the cover panel in the trunk, pull it down, and remove the nuts. Back in the passenger compartment pull the edges of the seat forward to release the bolts, then push upward on the entire thing to get it out.
