To all the morons and thier "the US Armed Forces are the terrorists" idiocy, I am looking at several Iraqis now and they think you are fools.
We do not plant IEDs. We do not target civilians. Mine fields, if authorized to emplace, must be overwatched and removed when no longer needed. Many of our mines are auto-defused and rendered useless. We are here working WITH the Iraqi people and they are assisting us in fighting the terrorists you seem to love.

I realize that this question of yours probably isn't meant to sound sick, but it does.
While anyone who uses their cerebrum can see through the BS that permeates this war, that doesn't make it right for an army to use terrorist tactics. Placing roadside bombs is a cowardly tactic for an organized army to use, and would hurt more civilians than anything else.

Because there's no guarantee that the insurgents would be the ones to detonate them. It might even be against the Geneva Convention.

hey why to bother IEDs .......... they are succesful in killing innocent civilians with their B52 bombers, daisy cutters and napalm bombs( Veitnam) which wipes out dozens and may be hundreds at a time......... So why should this terrorist army of yours bother about IEDs......... Secondly more people have been killed by USA army in the last century than all terrorists combined
