It's almost 3:30 AM, & I'm hungry. I'm craving for some cereal, but I'm supposed to be losing some weight. What can I do to curb my appetite?

if you're stomache is growling and you're hungry, your body is telling you that you need nutrients so eat! just make sure you eat the right healthy foods, not junk. And don't worry about the myth about eating at night makes you fat, it's false! But if you wanna curb your appetite, drink some black coffee or take a super large slipping pill.

Sure, eat some lowfat cereal with some skim milk. The best way to loose weight is to eat properly, not starve yourself.

are u actually hungry and your stomach is growling....or are you just kinda up and bored so u wanna eat.if you hungry go for it dont strave yourself....if not then just do to bed and wake up and eat a good breakfast

It wont hurt you if youd just nibble a piece of soda cracker and drink a glass of warm low fat milk.

Water. Lots of it. Even fruits have natural sugars that can make you fat
