im starting high school next year, i am pretty excited but also afriad i wont fit in. it sounds bad but i'm really hoping to get a good boyfriend. so i kinda need high school tips & guys tips. thanks!

Concentrate on your studies...seriously. I don't know how old u are but trust me you don't want to look back and regret the fact that you were chasing a b/f instead of your grades.
A good guy will come to you when the time is right. Sometimes you get wrapped in b/f hunting that you get a dud and honey we all want studs.

First of all wait for the right guy to come along . Cuz that is what i thought when i started highschool. I was with a diff guy like everyother day... Don't do that. Just be patient. I finally found someone i really liked. It happend my freshmen year. I am now a sophomore and we are together and have been to gether for a year and 5 months. The fiting in part. Everyone fits in at highschool. There are soooo many diff groups of ppl. Well atleast at my school. SO gurl don't even lose sleep over it. It will be alllll right I promise.

Well you will fit in it isn't Hollywood there are all types of kids all ages .The boyfriend thing is great in theory yes i know its on all the girls minds but most girls that have already graduated would tell you that boyfriends in school cause more drama and its real hard to focus on studies try to just have fun .But if you are determined to catch a guy stay away from jocks you don't want the drama and they probably wont have to much time for you anyways.Try to find a guy you are attracted to then become a Friend see how he treats others also what kind of Friends he hangs around guys tend to be followers sometimes and if his Friends are known to get him into trouble you don't want that .don't get discouraged if you don't find a great guy the first time around they are learning just like you so there going to make mistakes .hope i helped

highschool is 10x less scarier than it seems. (im in my second year of it) fitting in is probably the easy part. don't do anything you dont want to do, dont give yourself away to a boy because you think he'll like you in return, no matter how annoying it seems always always keep doing ur work bc it's so much harder when you dont really follow up on things, if you have a question never be afraid to speak, dont let the older kids intimidate you. walk with ur head high and a confident smile and people will want to know you before they even know your name.

oh my god!!! high school is so much fun! to fit in, hang out with a bunch of different people, not just from 9th grade either... every single grade in the high school... make friends with all of them, and u will fit in so easy. try to be a people person... and the boys...well, let me tell u girl, the boys in high school r so open 2 everything. they will do n e thing 2 be a good boyfriend 2 u. just get 2 know all of the boys, pick out the best ones, make friends with all of them, and get their attention!!! :D

If you fit in now, you will fit in then. You will in all likelihood have your same friends. You don't need a guy to validate you. You can have all kinds of "boyfriends" by sleeping with them but you don't know if they like you or like the pleasure you can provide for them. Take it slowly. If you don't try to find someone, that is usually when you make a friend first and then find you really care for one another as individuals.

i started highschool this year and i thought i would totally hate it... but i love it. there is soooo much less drama then 8th grade, the year goes by really fast and at orrentation.. they try and force you to make friends. but after a month or two you actually make friends. I am warning you though... you will lose some of your friends you had in 8th grade( im not talking about really close ones but friends in general)...
as for fitting in. trust me there are sooo many different types of people you'll have to fit in somewhere. it's impossible not to. hope this helps!

high school is fun but its different for everyone. just be yourself and you'll make some great friends that'll last a lifetime. you also need to accept that not everyone is going to like you. don't ever change to fit in because the people that know the fake you won't stick around once they really get to know the real you. plus, you want your future boyfriends to like you for you, not someone you're pretending to be.

listen to this guy^.lol. thats the number one biggest mistake a high school girl can make. i cant say i disapprove of having sex in high school, seeing how thats how i lost my virginity, but really get to the boy cause high school guys are very good at telling you what you want to hear just to get some. good luck, you'll have fun. high school is a blast.
