I own a shop, and have answered this question many times on here. The best thing to do is call a junkyard. When they junk out vehicles, they save the owners manuals from them, and sell them for about $20 each, and if they don't have one, they can get one right away for you.

Contact Dodge or go to any Dodge dealership.
My husband bought a used 1992 Isuzu pickup just to use for going to work and he was able to just go to the Isuzu dealership and get a replacement book for him. Quite simple. =)

Go to your Dodge dealership's parts dept. and pick up an order form and mail it in.
