can bladder infections travel to other parts of the body and not the kidneys?

No, unless your bladder is connected to somethign besides your kidneys, which then you wouldnt have been able to go to the bathroom or funciton normally.

But anyways, if you do have a bladder infection, get it treated before it DOES get a chance to spread to your kidneys.

SKIN RASHES WILL APPEAR FROM BLADDER AND NOT THE KIDNEYS BECAUSE IT IS COVERED BY DOUBLE WALLED MEMBRANE CALLED CAPSULE WHICH WILL PREVENT FROM THE SKIN RASHES
