Preperation H. It'll close them up very quickly. I used it to go from a 2 to 18 in just a week or so.

There really is nothing you can do but take out the jewelry and give your body time to heal.
Depending on your gauge and how your stretches heal they may not close completely or to the size you are hoping. In the case they do not look the way you want after years of healing, you would want to opt for surgery to fix this issue.

Leave the jewelry out and they will shrink.
If you've gone larger than 0 - 00 then they will not shrink as much as lobes smaller than that. anything 2ga and smaller will generally shrink back to 14ga, given enough time.
Stretching is a permanent modification, often only reversible by surgery. It's something that should be considered before stretching, not after

it'll close naturally, i stretched one of the earing holes pretty big but i must of put a bigger one in too soon cos it went a bit mank so i left it to heal with nothing in for a coupla weeks and it just shrunk back to naormal. or you could get a flesh coloured or similar unoticable tone ear thingy.

There is no fast remedy. You'll need to give it time to close on its own and then again, it won't be the same as not having been pierced. If you've got long hair, have them cover it up for the time being.

it'll take some time for the holes to "heal".
at times, when you've reached a certain age, those holes may never close. good luck..

It can only be closed through cosmetic surgery. The gauge is too large to close naturally. It will become smaller but never return to it's original state. If cosmetic surgery is not an option you can contact your physician to see if it is possible just to sew them closed.
