Well now that is a question I'll have to ponder for a bit.

Some might not like the idea of giving their pet raw meat and others promotes cooking all the meats because of potential health risks such as salmonella.

Many believe that raw meat is healthier for a true carnivore (which cats certainly are) than cooked.

So maybe we have another question on the horizon. Raw or Cooked for your pet?

Now to answer your question, I believe the raw fish would win most of the time.

What a fun question. :)

PS
Now you must understand that it really does depend on how hungry that cat is. I have a friend that has several cats living indoors, along with a few dogs.

She was being ran out of house and home by mice. Her cats wouldn't go near a mouse, in fact I thought maybe the cats were actually feeding them LOL

Her solution? Call a pest control person to remove them humanely.

My cat, if I offered her either of those choices, would turn her nose up at me, walk away and then stare at me like"Where's my (insert cuss word here) cat food? I don't want that smelly crap!" She won't eat shrimp, crab, salmon, tuna or beef. Her favorite is tuna juice poured over her dry cat food. And if I feed her canned cat food then she drinks all the juice and leaves most of the food in the dish.

She's a snobby, prissy little thing. But I love her to death and her behavior actually cracks me up. There's nothing more hysterical than watching a cat be all curious about what you're eating, only to offer her some and have her turn her nose up at it, like she's too good for it. :)

I think if the fish was fried in butter, without lemon juice or seasonings, the cat would probably eat the fried fish.

Raw.

I tried with groundbeef, raw and browned (without seasoning and oil), my cat picked raw meat over cooked one. I think it's in their blood.
