i am too selective about who I want in my life at this point...yet I love people and need to allow them in. Any suggestions on how to start over after time of healing?

ya,iam also selective in choosing friends.i have met my frnds in travel ,college.u said u r healing.did u brokeup wit someone?if i asked somthing wrong iam sorry.really. if u meet someone first make a smiling face at him/her.then if ur at a party offer a drink &intorduce urself.then if they r not ur type also dont feel upset.somtimes people who r not our type only become one of our closest frnds.make the person with whom ur talking feel that u r really caring for them.help them with their problems.speak openmindedly & freely.ask them solutions for ur problems.slowly within a few days u will get many friends and they will be really loving u &caring u.never insult & make them feel guilty. u will be in high spirits by following yoga.a smile every sec brings u great frnds & life
keep smiling &never ever let a frown occupy ur face.....................

Just do it. My boyfirends brother is going through this same problem. His high school sweet heart and he broke up a few years back and now he won't even ask a girl out for coffee. He is the sweetest guy in the world(yes even sweeter than I find my boyriend to be) but he won't let a girl get that close anymore. Like I tell him all the time You are just ging to have to chin up and do it. Good luck... I hope you find the right person for you...
