There is a word “kukla” or “koukla” spelled “Κούκλα” in Greek that means both a doll and a beautiful woman. Word “kukla” exists also in Russian, Bulgarian and Macedonian spelled “Кукла” with the same meaning. Based on this observation I would say it’s Greek since there were a lot of words borrowed from Greek by other languages. This just seems to be one of them.

If the word "kokla" is a different word I am not aware what would it stand for and if it is Greek.

It means 'hen' in Slovene. It means 'with coke (type of coal)' in standard Turkish and 'with cocaine' in Turkish slang.
