Some people are more allergy-prone than others...yes, its primarily genetics...you only have to review your family and relatives' medical records and you would certainly see a pattern of where you are predisposed to have an allergic reaction. Just arm yourself with anti allergy medicine when you have to go out of town.

most food allergies are caused from leaky gut which is acid leaking from your stomach. If you get ulcers in your mouth a lot, then cut down on your acidy foods. Try drinking and eating lots of ginger as it will repair leaky gut
