ABSOLUTELY!! They are lobbying for the body of Christ (the church) so it's only logical that their expenses be covered by those for whom they are lobbying. Maybe you haven't noticed lately that Christian lobbyists are having to go to court more and more because the ACLU who is supposed to protect the civil rights of EVERYONE is attacking Christians with ever incresing vehemence. Just because someone doesn't like so-called Evangelicals doesn't mean that the constitution does not apply to them as well as any other religion.

Agencies and lobbyists properly registered and file proper disclosure statements.

A church can form a P.A.C., but they must follow the laws which regulate them.

I believe it is ok but I would check with the state that you are dealing with first. Each State is different and one State may permit it and the other state may have different laws.
