It means that if your going the speed limit not to worry about all the idiots that think there special. If you speed up and go as fast as the special people and you get stopped do you think there going to pay your fines and increase in insurance rates? No So don't worry about what they think.It's your license and insurance at risk no there's.P.S. special people==a s s holes.

If you are driving within the set speed limit for the road you are on.Then you are a responsible driver.Let those who want to brake the laws for speeding and accept the consequences whether it be a speeding ticket or a coffin.

Exactly! The funniest thing is that it always seems to be on the way to work! Either they're late, or they want to arrive early to impress the boss!
The Right lane is there for you to overtake in, not to sit in so you can break the speed limit. But it's their licence and bank balance, not yours.
