ive liked this girl for a bit now and recently i got my pair together and started talking to her a little
from then on she seems to pay more attention and smiles and laughs at my joke im assuming she likes me back

Trust me on this, she wants you to have some balls and talk to her. I have worked at a major college for years and I have more female friends than anyone I know. It's all because I am not afraid to just walk up and talk to them. I don't mean giving them a line, I mean talking to them like you would a good friend. Try it and let me know how it works out.
