how can i be confident and open, at ease all the time?

i don't feel at ease whenever i meet somebody most of the time a boy, i want to be open all the time, and i'm shy, how can i resolve that problem?

well it's impossible to feel confident or relaxed all the time, but you can work on overcoming your shyness. start by making small talk with random guys from school, who seem friendly or the ones that have been nice to you in the past. just be yourself and try to focus on the conversation instead of who you're talking to... it'll get easier, if you practice.

I get kind of shy around guys too, but my trick is practicing what I'm going to say before I say it. Also, having a good posture when walking up to guys and talking to them helps boost your confidence. plus keep the conversation light and casual, and try to find things to talk about that you both have in common that way you'll both feel at ease. Depending on your age and if a guy likes you, he's probably feeling the same way you do.

1) Smile all the time. Practice smiling. Every morning you wake up, every steps you take, every time you breath. Practice smiling on strangers. When you look at them, look them in the eyes, smile and say "Hello". Give them a sincerest smile that you can. Not hoping to get approved by them, even if they don't smile back. If they do, make your smile even wider. Include eye smiles.

2) Always breath deep into your stomach frequently. Anywhere, anytime.

3) Losen up your body. Tell each part of your body that how relaxing it is to feel relax.
