I'm assuming you paid your local phone company with your Visa card for the calls billed for using Evercom's prepaid collect services. Your phone company doesn't notify Evercom of a payment. You must notify Evercom yourself that you made the payment and they should turn your account back on immediately. 1-800-844-6591

If you made payment direct to Evercom, payments made by Visa still take 7-10 business days to process so give it two weeks from when you paid and you should be able to make/get calls again.
