So i've had really blonde hair for sometime now.
Only bleaching my roots when they started to show alot.
Naturally i have dirty blonde really dull hair. And it doesn't take long for the bleach to turn it blonde. But i also find that its made my hair incrediably dry and damaged. My roots are out about 2 inches now, and i would really like to make them blonde, but i really don't want to bleach them again, considering what it has done in the past.

Could i just strip my roots? Would that work?
And would it make my hair incrediably dry and damage it even more? Or is bleaching it as good as its gonna get?

Yes, applying another chemical process will cause more damaged to your already fragile hair. But your hair shouldn't remain damaged just because you bleached it you have to deep condition and give yourself protein treatments on a regular basis to restore the moisture and a normal PH balance stripped away by the bleach. Research different hair products for color treated hair. When your hair is a little bit stronger it can better take an additional chemical process.

I Don't know Why you Are Bleaching Dark Blonde Hair. Even Light Brown Hair will Go Blonde With A Good Single Process Tint And It Should Leave Your Hair In Great Shape. Try REVLON® ColorSilk™ In A Very Light Blonde Shade, It's Ammonia-Free And Leaves Hair In Great Condition Or L'OREAL'S Feria™ In Starlet™ Or Pure Diamond™.Just Remember To Leave The Color On Long Enough To Get The Result you Want.

Bleaching your hair is the WORST!! It takes out all the color pigments which is the same as striping your hair you shouldnt do either think about going red or brunett mabey??

you will probably need to bleach it, but MAKE SURE you are using a ON THE SCALP bleach. That is most likely what is happening....I recommend Up to 7 by Redken...It is on the scalp and requires NO HEAT.

Try to go back to a colour closer to your natural one maybe with a little red in - your natural colour suits you best ....cause you were born with it...but spicing it up and getting some richer tones and shine in often makes us feel good too.

Go au natural Baybee and love yourself just the way you are.
