I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends, such as daily chatting, or texting. Sometimes we visit each other's work place just to hang out. She's constantly blowing off guys and telling me about them.
She has on the other hand invited me to dinner and a movie. She has also rated me a 9 from a scale of 1-10 in hotness. In addition when i jokingly mentioned i would stretch my arms in theatres to make a move, she insisted she wanted to see it. When we went with a group of people on a seperate occasion, she insisted i sit next to her and that if i continued sitting in front of her i would block her view. We walk close together a lot and play weird games. She even took my phone, decorated, and put pix of herself making weird faces and kissing the screen.
Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

Yes yes yes the girl likes you, but to be on the safe side just ask her. Tell her you’re not a mind reader or into playing games, so you can know where things stand between the both of you. How does she know you’re too good for her? What if you’re good for each other? She seems to have self-esteem problems and may not be the girl for you. She is or ready doubting herself before the relationship starts. When one person has low self-esteem it cause problem in the relationship.

It's clear that she's interested in you, but she is also giving faint signals of a self-esteem problem.
Her rationale for saying you're "too good for her" is likely because she is waiting for you to ask her out, and is probably wondering why you haven't yet. She is potentially too shy and unsure of herself to bring this friendship of yours beyond a platonic level, despite the outgoing things she does.
I would recommend that you make the first move if you're interested, because she seems a bit hesitant to make the move herself.

Yes, she likes you. All this behaviour is flirting. It is so obvious!! It sounds like you are flirting back too. Sounds like she doesnt want to make the first move. If you do, she will go for it.

you should ask her out on a proper date. be bold. it sounds like she really likes you.
if she is at all interested she'll be excited.
if she's just playing or striging you along, she'll have to be more up front about it and you should know that anyways.
