You seem to be so stressed out that you just cannot relax.
I suggest you visit the following site as the first step to solve your problem.
http://www.teachhealth.com/
It discusses "How to survive Unbearable Stress" which is free for you to read. You may feel better when you read the following words.
"More than FOUR MILLION visitors to this page since January 1997."
This page will take you step-by-step in a fun way through different types of stress faced by others and also show how you can cope with your own stress.
The following extract from this page should give you some confidence.
"Pushing Your Body Too Hard
A major source of stress is overdriving yourself. If you are working (or partying) 16 hours a day, you will have reduced your available time for rest. Sooner or later, the energy drain on your system will cause the body to fall behind in its repair work. There will not be enough time or energy for the body to fix broken cells, or replace used up brain neurotransmitters. CHANGES will occur in your body's internal environment. You will "hit the wall," "run out of gas". If you continue, permanent damage may be done. The body's fight to stay healthy in the face of the increased energy that your are expending is major stress"
Stress build-up is a normal daily experience. Everyone needs to unwind after a hectic day and regenerate his/her energy for the next day.
But, when you are weighed down by stress, you need to open up and overcome this problem by picking up ideas from others as you are doing now.
You seem to a to be a spontaneous person, bursting with energy.. In your present state of mind, you do not want to appear as an indecisive and confused person.
Be fair to yourself. Don't push yourself too hard.

First of all, not to talk about myself, but I was in a really horrible relationship and I got out of it. Unfortunately, it is a year later and I suffer from anxiety from it still. My therapist told me to do things that get my mind off of everything. She even suggested using a slinky. It sounds silly, but it is little things like that, that have really worked for me. Make a list of things you can do. Also, make a list of your most biggest problems..solve one at a time. No rush. You'll feel the burden lifting once you solve the first problem. I color, read, do this, and spend way more time with my children. I'm alot better. Healing takes time. You can do it. You'll find that you will never be your old self...but that you will be a better you.
