I have the proof for you foolish one. Are you still breathing? If this isn't proof enough you'll find all answers at the Great White Throne Judgment. All you gotta do is continue a life of unbelief, and die.

I wish one person could "prove" to another that God is real. I can only say what has happened to me just like being called to be a witness in a trial. I can't give hearsay testimony because that is inadmissable. I can say that I once felt bad about the things I did wrong in my life. I tried to turn over a new leaf time and again but that didn't work. I now know that God's spirit was at work in me convicting me of sin and when the time was right, I realized that I was a sinner by birth and by choice and that I needed a Savior. I asked Jesus to come into my heart and save me and forgive me for what all I'd done in the past and that as best as I knew how I'd serve Him the rest of my life. According to the Bible, I was forgiven and my life changed. I've not been perfect since then but I have an advocate with the Father (his Son, Jesus Christ who sits at God's right hand in heaven) and when I've messed up yet asked for forgiveness, my lawyer (that's what advocate means) pleads my case for me and my charges are dismissed again. Phew!! What a relief! Now that's my story and I'm stickin' to it. God is real to me. By the way, there is only one God (always with a capital). He is holy and just. Everyone will meet Him one day and know for sure but for some it will be too late. Settle it now while there is still time.

This is a question that is difficult to answer, and I suggest that if you ever want to be truly satisfied by an answer, you will have to find proof yourself. I suggest reading The Question of God by Dr. Armand M. Nicholi, Jr. In the book he compares the views of C.S. Lewis and Sigmund Freud; the former being a devout Christian and the latter being an athiest. After the reader looks through both of these scholar's arguements, they are able to draw their own conclusions. If you were to ask my opinion on the matter though, I would have to use a point C.S. Lewis pointed out. Whenever humans yearn for something, that something has to be in existence. If someone is hungry, they yearn for food. If they are thirsty, they need water. Using this property, the fact that many people feel a natural urge to be close to a higher being and the high number of religons in the world proves there must be a higher intellingence in the universe.

Can you prove that you exist? Yes, of course you can. You merely use your senses to determine that you can see, hear, feel, smell, taste and you have emotions as well. All of this is a part of your existence. But this is not how we perceive God in Islam. We can look to the things that He has created and the way that He cares for things and sustains us, to know that there is no doubt of His existence.

Think about this the next time that you are looking up at the moon or the stars on a clear night; could you drop a drinking glass on the sidewalk and expect that it would hit the ground and on impact it would not shatter, but it would divide up into little small drinking glasses, with iced tea in them? Of course not.

And then consider if a tornado came through a junkyard and tore through the old cars; would it leave behind a nice new Mercedes with the engine running and no parts left around? Naturally not.

Can a fast food restaurant operate itself without any people there? That's crazy for anyone to even think about.

After considering all of the above, how could we look to the universe above us through a telescope or observe the molecules in a microscope and then think that all of this came about as a result of a "big bang" or some "accident?"

Ask God that! I promise that you will get an answer. Just don't write it off the answer as some huge coincidence. Ask Him for further proof. Don't try to fit God into a box by expecting him to answer you in the exact way you wanted. The Bible says "don't test your God". OK, don't test Him. But, He knows what makes you laugh and that you like surprises, so He well surprise you.

By this time next week, something, seemingly insignificant, yet very out of the ordinary will happen for you (yes you, He said so, so watch for it). Like... you'll see some bird that you never saw before, or your first double rainbow, or your first yellow (not red) lady bug, or a burgundy colored feather. Not necessarily one of those things (you like suprises, you like amusement park rides for that very reason). Think about what he did and in one week from now, I dare you to, ask Him to be real to you. Don't be gullible. God is real and wants your knowledge of Him to be unshakable. Not some story that you read about and can quote chapter and verse.

Getting to know the real Person of God is awesome. It helps to read up on God to know the difference between Him and the enemy (Devil, the great impostor).

A fan can say that they know their favorite Star because they read all about them all the time. Someone else can say they know the same Star because they are actually their son. Be the son, not the fan.

There is no proof (using scientific method techniques) that there is God. God is both observable and the unobservable (God existed before he created everything we can observable), so any proof would require that you observe the unobservable. Science is of no use here.

What about the revelation? Does the bible proof that there is a God. No. The bible assumes it.

Answer: We have two belief systems: Revelation and science or simply put: God reveals, man observes. In neither belief system will you find a proof for there is a God.

Look around you! This earth is perfect for us, for the way that we are made...we have eyes that are able to see all the beauty of nature, we have noses that smell the fragrances of nature, we have taste buds so that we can taste all the delightful food that God has given us, we have the wonderful sense of touch, so that we can feel all the variety of things we touch!, we have ears so that we can hear each other and all the beautiful sounds of nature, as well as music, we also have the ability to appreciate all of this and to enjoy it. We have awesome emotions & quality of character...love, caring, empathy, sympathy, loyalty, well the list goes on...God, who created us and the rest of the universe is a very loving God, and not to give him credit is really selfish and not very bright!

Romans 1:18-23: "For God’s wrath is being revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who are suppressing the truth in an unrighteous way, 19 because what may be known about God is manifest among them, for God made it manifest to them. 20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable; 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became empty-headed in their reasonings and their unintelligent heart became darkened. 22 Although asserting they were wise, they became foolish 23 and turned the glory of the incorruptible God into something like the image of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed creatures and creeping things."

That isn't the best question.....I can't prove to you that there is a God, sadly....Though, I can send out a plea to Any Powers listening, that you take comfort in not being sure of that question, and/or that you find your own answer and put faith in it.... Good Luck and Blessings on You.

Why? I'm not here to prove there is a God I'm here to tell you there is a God.

No one can prove to someone that he exists. Especially to sarcastic people who are like "Pfft. Whatever". It's not like we can fly up to Heaven right now, grab him by the arm and bring him back down to say "hey say you exist to this guy on yahoo answers" Then again, how about you prove to us that he doesn't exist?

I can go on forever about the way I felt when I was "born again", but you would probably say "pfft whatever" because you're one of those people with an attitude aren't you?

Prove to me there isn't.

Indike below me that is an unrestrictive negative that actually disproves that you cannot prove it. The principle that no one can prove an unrestricted negative, however, is itself an unrestricted negative. It says, in effect, that there are no proofs of unrestricted negatives. But, if there are no proofs of unrestricted negatives, then no one can prove that no one can prove an unrestricted negative. And if no one can prove that no one can prove an unrestricted negative, then it must be logically possible to prove an unrestricted negative. So the claim that no one can prove a universal negative is self-refuting-if it's true, it's false.

Long story short if you say you cannot prove God doesn't exist you cannot have scientific proof God does exist so it is stupid to ask for it.

Mr Numbers even further below me, it is simple logic. One of the first things learned in rational thought, which those who demand proof of God claim to love so much.

Basically people that ask this question are making their point mute and should try a better thought out angle.
