This is a growing question among most women. Especially with summer/bikini-season coming up, this is the time you want it the least. I've tried certain lotions and creams, but ingrown hairs/bumps were still a problem. My mom actually suggested using a men's shaving cream. I found a cream on www.parisianspureindulgence.com that has helped with my irritation. It doesn't really lather like normal shaving cream but I guess that's the beauty of it, lol, because the bumps don't appear anymore. Also, if this is important to you, it is all-natural. Try it out, it's worked for me. :)

Waxing gets under the hair follicle. If you shave, the razor only shaves off the surface missing the hair follicle beneath.
Go to a bikini waxing spa for this and get a Brazilian or a semi. The Brazilian wax is great for bikini season. It's also a treat knowing that you got it professionally done.

Don't shave it......
But if you have to, using exfoliating gloves covered in sorbelene cream after, ( and to maintain every second day or so) will really help with the ingrown hairs if you have sensitive skin.
I would go to the DR though if you have a rash of any description in that area, could be nothing, but worth the check!

Cant you keep the hair ? And can trim every 20 or 30 days. If you are a clean girl, keep in trimmed sized . Do not save further that makes yr soft skin rough. Waxing is painful, you cant accept. Further advise ? mail me.

go to a esthetics's salon and get a Brazilian wax, it REALLY hurts for a second when they wax it but later on you won't get rashes or anything!, oh and they don't grow back as fast, and it's really smooth.
