How do you deal with an long distance relationship? Even though tha person is lyke 4 hours away, but dont hav long distance on there phone, so ya'll barely talk like 2 or 3 times a week? Do you make it work, or just let it burn? Also it only been a month of talking!!!

Well since its been a month just work on it-- If it falls into place it will, and if it falls apart its ment to. I date a guy 4500 miles away! I see him 2 maybe 3 times a year but I buy calling cards and so does he so we can talk daily? Try talking on the Computer getting a Cam and a Mic and its free through Yahoo, and MSN. If you want it to work you will be able to do it. I've been with my guy almost 2 years now.. and its been the best 2 years of my life!

hhmmnn..i can personally relate as am currently in the same situation however, yours is much better coz the distance is just 4 hrs while mine is 8 hours by air, tho my advantage is we get the mobile & YM to burn the line. Its rather difficult but the first thing you have to keep in mind is the word "TRUST", you lose this you bound to lose the relationship as well and keep those positive thoughts/ reason why you are now living far away from him. There is no use being bothered too much of what might be his activities esp whether if it involves other women or not coz even if you confront him, he would say none but can you literally prove he is saying nothing but the truth? Always find time to get in touch as the distance can lure anyone to find comfort from those around right where you are. Face the fact that he can be entertaining flings at one time or another (esp. if you are away too long) but so long as your bond is strong enough to surpass such trials or temptations then just be yourself & do not allow it to get the better of you..the very reason why he fell in love with you. Because its soooooooo easy to suspect a thing when you are away from each other.

If its real love believe me it'll be difficult for you to just let it burn. Anyway, in a long distance relationship, trust and understanding between you two are the key. And its better that you talk less in a long distance relationship. Coz then you both will maintain your respect to each other. Other wise even in a small argument, it will tend to extend and get worstn in a long distance relationship. so it s ideal to talk about once in two or three days, and make sure you limit the call duration. And always be faithful to your partner.
You can work that out, if you have the ditermination and commitment for the relationship.

If u really feel strongly about it.....you two could make it work. But honestly they never last too long. A relationship isnt about just words.....theres only so much u can do by talking stuff through. So burn the whole thing now, before u get too emotionally attached. Hope that helps.

it really depends about how you really feel about the other person. if you think that the relationship is worth it, you should continue to work on it even if its long distance. any kind of relationship has its problems as well as its happy moments. so its up to the individual to make it work esp if its with the person u love lots. all the best :)

Let it burn or let it be as it is and don`t think to much about such a relation. You have it-perfect, but at the same time there are lots of other people around you, lots of interesting things. Be yourself, do what you like......... Anyway, he can stay as one of your friends...for examle

me n my man r a couple hours away and he comes and visits me n i go n visit him every few weeks and we talk on a daily basis but only for a few min and our relationship couldnt be stronger and i couldnt be happier...i guess if the love is really truly there it will work out on its own....if its not meant to be it will just fizzle away i guess you should just wait and see where it goes and if it seems to be going no where then let it go and the right one will come along sooner or later
