I have had several dreams where I am trying to say something very important, and I am shouting at my friends. Every time, though, no one can hear me. My mouth is like, sewn shut, and I am moving around but no one sees me moving. I get very frustrated. Every time, the dream ends with me just feeling very frustrated.

It means that you somehow feel like you arn't valued, being heard or that people ignore your needs. You basically feel helpless. There is something going on inside of you that makes you feel inadequate. You think that your friends or family should be helping you but they just aren't seeing your need.

Dreams are our subconsciousness trying to formulate ways to deal with our life. Sometimes dreams are just random thoughts & a mismosh of memories and nothing more.

Try this.......Write something down to read to yourself each night before you go to sleep. For instance.....
"I can take care of my own problems, I don't need to fear that no one can hear me or can see me. I am strong enough to take care of myself" Read that a couple of times before you go to sleep. You will be suprised how quickly that suggestion helps you. If or when the same dream returns, read that statement again. The power of suggestion is powerful.

In a way, conquering your dreams will help you deal with your real life issues.

Let me know if it works.

Your dreams are an extension of your subconscious mind. Dreaming helps your brain eliminate frustrations you endure during your conscious state, kind of like blowing off steam at the end of the day with a beer and some good hard rock. Well, your brain does the same thing when you sleep. If you are having a recurring dream, it could mean that you have an on-going frustration during the day that is not being resolved. Maybe you're feeling unheard by your peers, under-rated and unappreciated. Or maybe it's something else you're feeling frustration over that your brain is interpreting for elimination with this particular scenario.

I looked it up because I had the same ones over and over. It means that you feel detached from certain things. Like friends, co-workers, a love. Nothing to worry about. I hate the dreams when it feels like your moving in slow motion, thats THE WORST!!!

I think it may mean that although you have been going about life normally you are not being completely sincere in expressing yourself or that you are becoming increasing more conscious of some limitation you have but have yet to overcome. Whatever this issue it sounds like an internal conflict that makes you feel less valuable.

You feel like this?

you wanna express yourself but your worried that this someone is not going to see your view, so in your waking moments youre trying so hard to process that info in your mind to get it all organized then it can be understood the best way possible..and you go through this everytime you want to confront someone...OR perhaps it is because you want to express your thoughts and feelings to someone but youve kept it in for a long time and just waiting for the right moment to come..OR youre in a relationship where you feel that youre freedom of expression is very limited...lastly youre the kind of person that let things slide even if you dont feel comfortable with it...

This can mean that you have something you want to express, but it is still largely unconscious, or is held back through uncertainty
