I know how to handle a guy like that, because I have been a guy like that. he probably feels bad that he told you so much about himself
What you have to do is not get freaked out by his anger- it'll just make him feel bad, lonely, and maybe more angry. Don't be too good of a listener anymore- . You don't have to be afraid of him, you are at work, right? Very gradually lessen the intensity of your relationship.
Why would you care if he thinks you are like Kim? Why do you care about this guy?
Peahi knows crap about dealing with people- truly clueless. Report him, and you will have a truly angry person on your hands. Also, how convenient of her to suggest employment somewhere else- easy as that Peahi you complete nerd? How irresponsible- can you imagine if people actually listened to her? Those who can't- teach.

First i'm sorry, very sorry for what you're dealing with. It could desire to be very frightening besides as annoying and frightening besides. next, I certainly like all people's theory up there. I recommend conversing to top administration or your bosses boss when you consider that they do no longer something to the two safeguard you, the different consumers besides because of the fact the enterprise themselves. point out to them you have documented each thing and you opt for this to be an good grievance approximately the two the shopper and the administrative. enable them to renowned which you have contacted the police on your very own protection and supply them the information ie: police report extensive form and officers call. Then tell them you haven't any longer contacted lawyer, yet. yet you're a dependable worker and arranged to confirm how issues are dealt with or no longer dealt with. I additionally recommend you do talk to a lawyer who handles artwork courtroom circumstances. carry out a little undemanding study on the internet into attorneys who've adventure in this on your section. verify state and federal regulations related to artwork place protection (eg: OSHA etc). In different words, previously you bypass to administration, be sure you do all your homework so which you recognize what you and administration can and would possibly no longer do with regard to conserving you secure and/or a wrongful termination lawsuit. perfect of success. Please save us stated. We care.

First off, I'm not a psychiatrist, but...
He was probably taking his medicine while he was nice. Something happened to make him stop taking it or his doctor changed his dosage for some reason (they like to experiment with new drugs all the time on these poor people and they often don't work like they are supposed to).
For whatever reason - he needs to get back on the meds that worked for him.

He sounds disturbed. My allowing him to behave like that your employer is causing an unsafe and hostile working environment for you. I would talk to someone in management. Let whomever you speak to know that you are not trying to cause trouble. State your case clearly, as you have here. They may already know about his behavior and just have not done anything about it or have not realized that it has gotten as bad as it has.
Good luck to you. I am not trying to scare you, but people like that can be dangerous. I mean who acts like that?

First off, it's called mental illness. Clearly he has some issues.
You should report this behavior to your supervisor immediately and tell them that you are fearful of your physical safety. If the man *is* your supervisor or your company refuses to help you, seek employment somewhere else.
The majority of people who suffer from mental problems are not violent, but being around them when you don't know what to expect can be very upsetting.
