Now, my best guy friend and I have something of a thing for each other. So we talk on the phone and stuff. But sometimes I'll be like, hey, I miss you [we're on break, so I went outta town] and he'll say something like 'yeah'. Other times, he'll say I miss you too.
My question is, why would he say it sometimes, and other times, just 'yeah'?
This tends to happen whenever I say anything like that. Does it mean he doesn't feel the same way?
I don't know...I'm starting to really like him...
So do guys just naturally not say stuff like that back?
Any ideas at all would be helpful.
Thanks!

That's a guy for you. Most guys don't wear their feelings on their sleeves like we do. They aren't always good at expressing what they feel. Just ask him and see what he says. Then again maybe what he says to you has to do with who is around when he talks to you. Maybe he doesn't want to sound whipped, lol. Just ask him!
