The control panel thing ..I have no idea about that I'm sure it's a word problem. LIke i gotta go to tools and un check something but i forgot what it is

You have added Text Animation. This is found under Format, Font and I believe it's the third tab (I'm now using 2007 and it's no longer a feature).
If using 2007 you highlight the text and choose the "normal" style.

control panel
and click microsoft windows worrd..
give repair..
this wil repair the existing installed and will fix your prob
