alright i need to calm down cuase im really mad and i dont know why but i cant calm down does someone know a way to get me a little calmer

i gotten like this before. so bad i had chest pains. the best thing is if u can find someone to talk to on the phone. aslo try deep breathing. take a long heavy deep breath in ( through your mouth this way you take in more air ) hold it in a few seconds, slowly realease the air through ur nose. this should help with your oxygen supply and help slow the heart rate and calm u dwn a bit.

Physical exertion like running, working out, if this is not an option at the moment try deep breathing then slower it down to regular, take a shower or bath & listen to soothing music.

You can go for a walk, it always helped me. Call someone to talk to. Read the Bible, it'll make you feel alot better because its about every day issues in life and how to deal with them (you dont have to start from the beginning...just flip it open if you want). Corinthians is a good book to read in the Bible. Oh yes, and prayer helps too.

Take a bag, fill it with air, and breathe into the bag deeply and slowly , breathe in and out from the bag . this will calm you down. DO NOT PUT THE BAG OVER YOUR HEAD OR FACE...only the mouth for breathing
