I do not believe it is a curse. I think it is actually just peoples greed for material things that make them cursed. Usualy people who win the lotto do not know how to manage money, and no matter how much money you give someone, they will blow it if they do not know how to manage it.

Many of these lottery winners could never manage money in the first place or they would not be gambling their money away but saving and investing it for a sure profit. No curse !

No.... but if you win the lottery, you'll have people coming to you for money all the time. (Family members, including those you've never even known about, charities, business propositions, etc)
