A purebred dog is when two of the same breeds mate. For example a dalmation and a pit bull is not a pure bred. An example of a purebred is an Akita male and an Akita female having puppies the puppies would be pure breds.

No, I don't beleive so. When you breed two different kinds of breeds together they'd be called half malamute and half huskey or you could say a half breed.

No. Crossing two purebred parents of different breeds makes a litter of crossbreeds, or mutts.
When you have a registered Siberian husky and a registered Alaskan malamute and you breed them, the puppies aren't worth anything as purebreds, and it would be illegal to sell them as "purebreds".

No, you could tell everyone its a pure breed but to be certified you would need papers from the AKC. Which means the parents would have to be certified as well. Mixing two breeds you get a mutt no two ways about it.
