Maybe they could carry glass slippers on pillows or pumpkins? Maybe just some simple roses with sparkles would be nice.

It would be really cute if you could put the ring inside a 'glass slipper' and have the ring bearer carry it to the front. The flower girl could have a little wand and sprinkle confetti around.

Here are some more ideas from websites:

My own wedding had an outdoor, west coast, nature theme. My colours were light yellow and green. We gave away little spruce seedlings (which were the centrepieces), named each table after a place we visited, had river rocks on our tables that guests signed, and little tea light candles. It was beautiful and suited us perfectly!

All the best in planning for your own wedding. Cinderella sounds like a lovely theme.

I think that apart from the glass slipper and magic wand, the other iconic visual of that movie (aside from mice!) is the dress appearing to make itself as the mice and birds make a gown for her and then later the new gown making itself magically after the step sisters tear up the one made by the mice and birds.

This is the image I think of:

I would consider doing stitches and oversized needles. In satin pillows for the slipper/wand, etc, I would use yarn or ribbon and a needle for trim, applied with a glue gun (as close as possible as you can find to looking like a giant sewing needle). Any use of ribbon or streamers, or other decorations can also be done in a stitching pattern rather than twisting/etc, particularly with the new "Stitch in Time" movie coming out. Maybe even tuck some of those needles into flower arrangements if you can find suitable ones.

I wouldn't do more than one slipper or more than one wand, that's like seeing two Mickey Mouses standing next to each other when you go to Disneyland!

Edit: I've been poking around the internet to find you an example, check out the links below. The first one is a larger size. The second one, on a hunch, is a leather working needle. I would imagine these would be bigger but the size isn't specified. But they're sold by the 100s! The third link talks about different kinds of needles, apparently "darners" are the longest.

Usually you have a maid of honor or a matron of honor so this wouldn't be an issue but how about a dress that combines the two colors. I looked at Davids Bridal for these color combinations and they dont seem to have peach but they do have a flowered print top with a solid bottom in hyacinth and that setup would still have the matron of honor in the right color combination but with a little extra to set her apart. Or put her in a darker shade of the lavender like a plum or wild orchid. That way you incorporate another color into your color scheme. Alot depends on the style of dress you have chosen. That is another thing if you are putting your maid of honor in peach put your matron of honor in peach just make the dresses a little different to set them apart

They could carry a magic wand type thing. Or you could make up something like a glass slipper on a pillow. That would look really cute!

As for the colors- peach and lavander are pretty random colors. I would go with a pale pink or a baby blue color.

Congrats and Good Luck!

The Cinderella theme is very lovely and fowers are the norm but why not have them carry a open coach with the new batter operated tea lights - almost like the candle light wedding - writ to me and I can help with the ideas of either you making them and I can get the info on the products.
Best of Luck

Wedding wands would be a wonderful thing for your bridesmaids to carry. They would go with your theme and you can order them with personalized and matching ribbon colors. Here are some sites you can purchase them from.

Ebay may be your best bet as you can order them in smaller quantities, much cheaper and the seller can customize the ribbon color. For the maid of honor have her ribbons be peach and lavender.

bridesmaids can carry a whole lot of other things beside flowers. Baskets of flowers, petals, etc., animals in nice cages like doves, mice, etc., pumpkins (colour might clash with their dresses), wands with very light floral arrangements.

Wow, peach and Lavender, that's an odd mix of colors, but hey, if it works for you, its all good. How about your bridesmaids have a wand in their hands instead of a bouquet. See...
